★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I tried private training at Elements Barre Fit, expecting something tailored. Instead, it felt generic, with little effort to personalize workouts. The mission statement sounded great, but my experience didn’t reflect it.
September 29 · Angus BennettBest boutique fitness studio in this neighborhood - highly recommend! Convenient location, easy registration and check-in, modern interior decor with beautiful natural light flooding the studio, high-end finishes and most importantly: an all-star crew of instructors and staff! This studio offers a perfectly balanced curriculum and the members can choose from a variety of barre, dance/cardio and yoga classes throughout the day. Great little hidden gem in the UES! I started trying it out with their first-timer promotion for two weeks and have been addicted ever since! As a hardcore barre practitioner, I’ve frequented all major studios all over Manhattan and this one definitely tops my list! You’ll be noticeably lighter, leaner and stronger after just a couple of classes - amazing results!
June 08 · Meimei S.Came here for the first time for a barre class and had so much fun! Nicole was an excellent instructor and took the time to walk around and correct our form throughout the class. Barre is wonderful low-impact workout that anyone can do with minimal equipment. This class also incorporates a lot of stretching, which I appreciate. The changing rooms are very upscale and stocked with dry shampoo, hair ties, body lotion, etc.
September 27 · Cheng EmilyHonestly, I am reluctant to share how great Elements is and how terrific the instructors are. I always feel accomplished (and relieved!) when I finish a class. My one knock is that more thought could be given to the music. Some instructors have really good grooves; others seem not to have put a huge amount of energy into the music they choose. A fantastic, professional place.
July 03 · Aoife MeehanClean and inviting studio. I did the barre/toned class. Excellent and fun workout suitable for all levels. The Instructor Nicole was very friendly and made great modifications/adjustments throughout which was appreciated. Will definitely be back!
