Love Cheryl , Karen and Deb. Superb muscle classes from Paula, Barbara and Cindy . The best part is that the club has on site and zoom classes. As a care giver, my schedule is very tight and I love the flexibility the club provides. The ability to work out with recorded class from the video library is a bonus . There are value adds as a member , best pop up surprises , book club , and video library of class. The members are a wonderful group of ladies of all ages. Everyone is welcoming . Its a pleasure to workout here.

The instructors are all experts in their fields, approachable, and welcome everyone with kindness and skill. I mostly take the Zumba, Muscle, and Line-Dancing classes, and the instructors are first-class. Great gym!
