Anyone who is leaving a bad review, God bless your heart. I had the most wonderful experience. After calling all around and going to multiple stores, my son and I could not find any shoes for his dance class. I called here and the sweet lady (sorry did not get her name) said they were closed but she would reopen and wait for us to get there. She did just that! She was so kind and knowledgeable and fit my son for two pairs of shoes. Thank you for the wonderful experience and being our lifesaver. Definitely will be coming back!

I was easily able to make an appointment for one of their off days. I told the owner what I needed and she had it all set and ready for me when I arrived. She was interested in our needs and the programs in the area. Such a great place. Highly recommend!!

I've come in here a couple of times now to get leotards and ballet shoes for my daughter, and have always had a great experience. The woman who was working there helped us pick out the right sizes and let my daughter show her the leotards she tried on in order for someone more knowledgeable than me to judge how they fit. My daughter loves showing off these things, so that made her very happy. It has been busy at times, but we've always been well taken care of.

Was on vacation and visited Hart’s Dancewear.I bought ballroom dance shoes (they have a large selection), as well as ballet & tap shoes for my nieces, and gifts that everyone back home loved.This is a fun place to shop! The service was good and the owner was honest and knowledgeable about my selections. I recommend this store. And next time I’m in town will come here again ~

I won’t be returning to this store. Prices are above average and selection is minimum, however the store is conveniently located for me. Every time I have been in the store I’ve been treated as if I don’t know what I’m talking about and that I am a bother to them. Most recently I purchased a pair of $50 shoes for my six year old only to find out that night we didn’t need them. I call and explained the scenario and asked to return them. I was told to speak to the owner. I went in and spoke with the owner who refused to allow a return. The shoes were very clearly not worn, in fact they hadn’t even been removed from the box. I understand policies are important, however sometimes exceptions should be made, unless customers are not important. In this case I obviously am not more important than the stores policy. I will no longer be a customer of this establishment and discourage everyone I know from shopping there.
