A team of wonderful instructors will coach you through the workout - no matter your fitness level or experience. It's a total body workout (cardio and strength training) that you will feel all over, but in the best way. The community is amazing. The facility itself is beautiful- bright open space, an actual dance floor, great sound system and a scenic view.
