They offer a high intensity workout but with options for both high & low impact within each workout. So every workout can be scaled to each individual’s ability level and personal goals.This is a place where I have been, not just encouraged, but EMPOWERED to reach personal workout goals that I wouldn’t have hit otherwise. And the friendships I have made here are the truly the icing on the on the cake.Never have I been to a place with such a friendly and supportive group of ladies before. There are multiple classes per day so it’s easy to find a time and a format that meet your needs. If you can’t make it to the studio, no worries! You can participate via livestream. The music is great! The choreography is engaging! I really can’t say enough positive things about Jazzercise of Taylors/Greer.

Takes me back to my dancing days and it's a great workout including strength training. The ladies are so kind and welcoming and I love coming not just for the sweat but the great socializing too. If you have never tried it, come in and have some fun. You won't regret it.
