★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am loving Intro to Pole with Ashley. The environment is so warm, & I believe all the students at all levels are appreciating her style of teaching. I'm learning way more than I did at another pole class. AND, I LOVE the choreography piece!! It's not just a bunch of spins, but puttin' it all together to feel fully empowered. Thank you, Ashley for creating such a great vibe for our class! Their customer service is wonderful-personable & helpful. Patty is a delight & went above & beyond to answer my questions. I appreciated her time & thoughtful reply so much! Thank you to all with whom I've had the pleasure of interacting...including my fellow dancers who are all such sweethearts & freely share smiles & encouragement 💗
February 20 · Laura BThis is a clean pole dance studio. They offer more than only pole classes. I took a burlesque workshop and had fun. Kelly is a great instructor who learned all of our names and made each of us feel welcome. I highly recommend this studio and Kelly as an instructor!
September 20 · Amy WicklandWhere do I begin? I remember sitting and watching a show and this woman had a "pole room " in her house, and I was thinking ....she is nuts. But she isn't. Pole fitness is literally the best thing I have ever done for myself as an adult. Maybe you're thinking...1. I'm not flexible2. I'm too old3. I'll never move like a pole dancer4. It's all "skinny" peopleGuess what, you're wrong!!!!! After my 6 weeks series, I can not believe what my body is capable of!!! I walk taller, smile more, feel stronger and confident! I already signed up for two more series! So many different body shapes and sizes and everyone at different levels! And I haven't told you yet about Kelly! She is my instructor at Brookfield and she is just amazing! She is patient and a skilled instructor - very inclusive and encouraging of all fitness levels. She breaks things down in a way we can all understand and provides praise while encouraging us to finesse our moves! If you are on the fence about taking a class here, I hope this review changed your mind!
August 08 · Jessica GlassTook Pole 1 and am definitely going back for more. It was an amazing workout and I didn't even realize that I was working so hard until I couldn't move for 2 days after my first class. Loved my instructor, Alicia, and was definitely glad she didn't point things out in front of the whole class but said "try this move out", walked around and checked that everyone was doing it correctly and safely before moving on. If you weren't, she walked you thru it again very patiently; it was a great learning atmosphere where "pretty" was more than "sexy", although feeling sexy is the new skinny :)
October 08 · Anna DiersI had been thinking of trying this class for years, and finally a friend and I signed up this summer for pole 1. Best workout ever! You learn moves that really help tone your muscles in a way that would be so boring at a regular gym. And even though it's pole dancing, it is classy and taught respectfully! There are plenty of poles there for small to medium sized classes (10 or 12?), and the rest of the setup is basic, but really all you need is poles and space, for which there's plenty! The instructors are nice and supportive. We loved Kourtney! And even when we'd come in for class another one of the instructors (Val - who we didn't ever have as our instructor) knew us and greeted us with a big smile. Knowing you're going some place welcoming is necessary for a class that still can be viewed as taboo.I can't wait to sign up for pole 1 again to work on mastery of the moves before moving on to pole 2. Find them on Facebook - not only do they post special deals to help save $$, but also beauty tips, yummy recipes, and other fun tidits!
