Her energy and enthusiasm makes movement FUN and something to look forward to. She offers in-person (in different locations) and virtual classes, so you can choose what works for you. The atmosphere is very welcoming and low-pressure; even as a newcomer you feel like a regular. Try it - you won’t be disappointed!

She not only gives us a terrific workout, she creates an atmosphere of support and acceptance. She encourages us to let our guard down and have fun. If you have a bad back or knees or other issues, she will give suggestions on how to modify the moves. I have met the nicest people in this class. No one cares how old you are, how thin you are or what you wear. We just all want to stay healthy, physically and mentally.....and support one another. This class is a great place to start!

For the first time in my life I’m in a size 2 (in my 40’s) and having so much FUN staying there! Highly recommended… even has an online library to access at any time 🤩💪🏼
July 26 · Jennifer TiniI have been doing Mojo for almost a year and it is by far the best exercise class I’ve ever done! It is a high energy dance /fitness class. Cindy gives great tips on form and constantly reminds us to “move with intention”. As a result, no muscle goes unworked. The energy and enthusiasm in the live classes are contagious and the camaraderie is something I’ve never experienced in any other class.

With Cindy’s spot on choreography to current music, every muscle group is incorporated. It’s not only a great workout, but it’s an hour to loose yourself and have fun with a great group of gals.
