★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What a wonderful studio. Went here as a total amateur for a friend's birthday. The space is inviting, comfortable, and very clean. The instructions were clear and our instructor helped us with some modifications for our skill levels and bodies. There were a couple more experienced dancers in the class with us who could not have been more welcoming and supportive. Overall just a really positive environment. It is also an unbelievable workout.
May 07 · January VawterMy friend of 20 years, who I came to visit on vacation to the area, insisted we both try the pole dancing class while I was in Washington at Studio 4 Pole 4 Fun with the amazing Sabrina. She was a marvel and truly made me leave with a deep seeded respect for those who can dance pole. Her sheer talent was fantastic and that specific day was her Bday too and she still came in and made this day incredible. I can't express how much I appreciated her. The alacrity she has for her craft and class showcased in everything she does was a sight to behold. The level of professionalism was unrivalled.I cannot recommend this studio enough. If you're on the fence about the possibility of learning the art, don't wait and give them a try. The ladies are down to earth, real and truly professional. If this grown man, martial artist and reticent dude can climb this pole, I promise you can.
March 13 · Jarrod VandenbergI can't say enough good things about Studio 4 and the crew there. I'm new to pole and tried it for fitness and as an exercise in body confidence and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. All the instructors are so supportive and body positive, I see women in class of all different ages, shapes, sizes, creeds and abilities and I feel the instructors make everyone feel safe and welcome. I honestly didn't think pole would be for me, but I love it so much and I feel stronger and more beautiful at 45 than I think I ever have before! Big props to Studio 4 for creating such a safe welcoming space.
October 27 · Rebecca KitzerowI’ve been considering taking a class for a while now and finally did it! The class was fun and the people were very welcoming. I even made it off the ground and was able to suspend my self in the air for a few seconds. And, for an extremely uncoordinated nerd, that felt really cool. I’m looking forward to taking more classes and eventually being able to do more. And, for anyone interested in taking your first class, they recommend not to wear lotion or deodorant and to bring lots of water.
March 15 · Lindsey NorbergI've only taken a few classes and I'm absolutely brand new to pole. It's really fun and a great upper body workout. The classes have a nice relaxed atmosphere and instructors meet you where you are at. I highly recommend this dance studio as all the instructors are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
