I leave every class feeling inspired, strong, happy, and excited to face the day. The teachers at the studio are the best at what they do, they are seasoned and masterful. The community that the studio fosters is encouraging and welcoming, there is a sweet sense of "everybody knows your name". Shira pours her heart and soul into the studio and it is run impeccably and with such intention and care. I wish Google had a 100 star option, I can't praise this studio enough!

I joined several months ago and I work out regularly without injuring myself and have gotten so much stronger and more fit. I really enjoy the upbeat classes, consistent and clear safe form cues and all the lovely people!
