★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I posted this 5 star review a long time ago but wanted to update my experience. My daughter has been attending classes at TBPAA since she was 6, she is now 17 and about to leave for college to study theatre. The foundation she received at TBPAA to continue on doing what she loves is priceless. She has learned so much throughout the years and TBPAA has helped her develop not only her talent but self confidence, a sense of responsibility, and how to be an all around good person. We are forever thankful for our family at TBPAA.
July 24 · Stephanie HayesI have literally blocked out memories from when I was there because of how awful it was. There was blatant favoritism towards the directors grandchildren/children, the staff was rude, the kids there are cruel, and the place as a whole is pretty much a dump. (this place was also extremely homophobic and Christian??) The only good staff members there were Weston (who quit and was obviously gay and hiding it), and an unpaid tech worker, Athena. Those people were angels. Other than that, this place was pretty abusive and gave me so many problems I have with myself now.conclusion: if your kids want to do theater, don't send them here!!
March 10 · Amelia TurnerThis place is so amazing and has taught me so many wonderful things hopefully this theater like family it is can teach so many more talented students. and the staff couldn't be more welcoming!
April 23 · AvaBest program around. There's nothing like it in North Pinellas. Most childeren return year after year until they go to high school. You get so much more than you expect. Highly recommended!!
June 27 · Casey CaneThis theater is such a gem! They make sure every child regardless of the size of their part in a show gets as much stage time as possible. The Directors are friendly, patient and kind with the kids. The shows are top/notch, very creative, professional and fun to watch. I highly recommend TBPAA and am so glad we found them!
