★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The instructors and staff here are incredible. I have no experience in dance at all, but in an introductory class I was able to learn 3 separate pole moves in just under 2 hours - and it was in a supportive, friendly, high-energy environment! This studio goes above and beyond to build community. The Student Showcase event they put on is an incredible show and a great way to support students directly. No matter who you are or what your ability level, you will feel welcome and encouraged at Trinity.
July 22 · Eric StewartI’ve been pole dancing for many years now and I’ve trained with several studios in that time and Trinity Pole Studio is one of the best I’ve been fortunate to be a part of. They offer a wide variety of classes spanning a whole range of different elements of pole dance, including boudoir, floor work, spins, inversions, choreo classes, heels work, flexibility, chair, and more, at levels from complete beginner to intermediate/advanced. They offer both daytime and evening classes. The studio is run by really good humans who are a pleasure to know and they have a wonderful team of staff who are very knowledgeable. The community the studio has built is second to none and I love that everybody and all body types are welcome. It is a truly inclusive space where you can feel free to express yourself with no judgement. I also love that the studio is very dance focused with an emphasis on finding the movement that works for you and your body on any given day, which I appreciate more and more as my body gets older!
August 26 · Jo MillershipLove this place! Everyone is so nice and supportive. I'm very shy and have zero dance or pole experience but everyone was so welcoming that I've never felt out of place. The staff is super knowledgeable and will work with you so you get the best possible experience. I've also had zero issues with scheduling. Overall I highly recommend this studio. It has made me feel more comfortable in my own body.
July 22 · Marlene CI attended an intro 6 week course at Trinity after my second baby to try to help my mental health and feeling back in tune with my body. I was concerned about the way I looked / felt about my body, but after the first 5 mins of class, I knew I didn't have to worry. I love the body positivity and culture around doing what feels best in your own skin that day. I would absolutely sign up again!
July 22 · KelseyThis studio is absolutely amazing! There is such a great variety of classes and the instructors are phenomenal. spin pole? heels? floorwork? Inversions? Chair choreo? Boudoir? They have a class for you. I promise you will not be disappointed.
