C&C Gymnastics Introduce
For parents and children across the Georgia region, particularly those in and around Augusta, C&C Gymnastics is a renowned training facility dedicated exclusively to the sport of gymnastics. Serving the community for over twenty years, this gymnastics center has built a reputation on high standards, technical instruction, and a passion for helping young athletes grow. Unlike traditional gyms focused on general adult fitness, C&C Gymnastics specializes entirely in children's development, offering a highly structured and progressive curriculum from the youngest toddlers up through elite competitive levels.
Co-owned and operated by two lifelong friends who share a deep love for the sport, C&C Gymnastics strives to instill that same passion into every little gymnast. The philosophy here is famously summarized as "Train like a BEAST, flip like a BEAUTY," balancing the discipline and commitment required for high-level skill acquisition with a fun, motivating, and knowledgeable coaching environment. This approach has led to a superior program where even children in the youngest classes learn technical terms and structured skill practice, a level of detail that many local Georgia families find sets C&C apart from other recreational options.
The center’s programs are meticulously broken down by age and skill level, ensuring that every child receives age-appropriate instruction and challenges. Whether a child is taking their first steps in a "Mom and Tot" class or aiming for regional and national titles in the competitive track, the focus is on developing physical awareness, cognitive skills, and strong social skills alongside fundamental gymnastics techniques. The classes are designed to be progressive, meaning children build a solid foundation of basic terminology and movement skills—such as hand-eye coordination and balance—that will benefit them both in the gym and in all aspects of their lives.
While the quality of coaching, such as that provided by Coach Cassie, is consistently praised by parents for being patient, kind, and excellent, some administrative and customer service aspects have been noted in customer feedback. Members mention a minimal and uncomfortable waiting/viewing area with limited seating and partial viewing. Furthermore, a desire for more comprehensive information regarding policies and calendars to be easily accessible outside of the initial paper application has been expressed. However, the superior quality of the gymnastics program itself is the primary draw for many Georgia families, often cited as setting a very high bar for children’s athletic programs in the area.
C&C Gymnastics is conveniently located to serve the Augusta, Georgia, community and the wider Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). Its positioning just off a major thoroughfare makes it highly accessible for daily class drop-offs and pick-ups.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wanted to be sure to come back and give a review of how much we loved and miss C&C. We did the mom and tot class for several months before our military move. We truely grew to love Coach Cassie she was so patient and kind to our apprehensive toddler. We left excited and confident working with her. Our new gymnastics in VA does not compare to the program at C&C. I find myself comparing not only her gymnastics but also her dance classes to the superior classes at C&C. At C&C, even at a young age your child will learn technical terms, structured skill practice, and one on one practice in a group learning environment, we did not realize that wasn't the normal experience. Thanks Coach Cassie you have an awesome program and set the bar so high. We miss you so much!
June 19 · Dawn ParkerGiving 3 stars as coaching has been good thus far. If I were rating solely on administrative personalities and customer service it would be zero stars. Everytime you ask a question they respond as if they are being inconvenienced. All their info is on the paper application which you fill out and turn in. They provide nothing for future reference, their website is lacking of many details of their policies and calendar. Whether emailing or asking in person they are simply not friendly or inviting at all. Their waiting/viewing area is very minimal and uncomfortable. There aren't enough chairs and only partial viewing available unless you are literally standing at the viewing window. We chose C&C because I didn't want to go to Hayden's. It's just too chaotic and busy. We have only been here a few months but I won't push my child to continue if she doesn't truly love it after a few more months. For what they charge monthly plus the annual fees, they should be pleasant and happy to answer questions.
March 03 · A C LWe LOVE it here! We just started this month with the mommy and me class ($10/wk I think), but it is so involved! Something different every week- sometimes balance beam, bars, trampoline, foam pit, etc. Coach Cassie is wonderful! My daughter loves coming to class and would probably come everyday if I let her! Their covid policies are safe but not too extreme.
February 23 · Tiffany FormbyMy daughter loves this gym! She wishes the classes were more than once a week!My son took classes for about three months then decided he didn’t want to attend anymore as he wanted to do Martial Arts but he loved his class while he was there. The only down fall is the gym requires a direct withdrawal from a bank account for monthly tuition. As a single parent with unsecured money flow it’s hard to ensure that I will have the money in that account and if you want to pay in cash they require you to wait and allow the withdrawal to bounce so you have to pay a $20 fee on top of the tuition… it would be nice to have the option to pay ahead in cash or with a different card for the tuition if we wanted.I guess the plus side is you have till the 15th of that month to pay tuition after the withdrawal bounces. But other than that, the coaches are super nice and the staff is courteous. Can’t wait to see how she grows here.
December 28 · L SWe absolutely love C & C! Our kiddos have been attending classes, camps, and parents night out for the past 5 years with them. The class times are convenient for us, and even with the waitlists, it’s definitely worth it! There’s a viewing area upstairs, and a few chairs at the main level. The owners are always nice and professional, and most importantly (to us) present around the gym. We do appreciate the monthly emails that inform us of the skills they are working on.
