I went to the Charlestown Road Jazzercise for one time. It was so much fun and the instructors were excellent. When I got there, I was so impressed with how many older women were there. All of their bodies were really worked out. They all looked so healthy! Unfortunately for me my two broken kneecaps and total hip replacement a few years ago kept me from doing things that had used to be so easy. I felt I needed to get somewhere that had pool exercises as my physician suggested. I just couldn't do much in the class. If I can get stronger I will go back. But my rating of this place was "Excellent"!
