The fact that anyone can do Jazzercise because there are endless ways to modify the moves to fit your needs makes it a joy to be in a community with all ages and levels of fitness. The instructors at Jazzercise Norwood are phenomenal: high quality, motivating, and so welcoming! Truly some of the best! I can always count on excellent cues in class to ensure everyone can keep up even if it's a new routine for them and also to ensure good form and technique to get the most out of the workouts. I am always excited to go to class and talk to the instructors and fellow Jazzercisers. It's a great place to be!
April 25 · Cee GeeJazzercise Norwood still packs a punch for this seasoned, now senior citizen, jazzerciser! They offer a variety of class formats from 5:45 AM until 6 PM (check the schedule 1st). Each class has a variety of students , of all ages, participating in a fun, FRIENDLY work out environment. The instructors use weights, balls, bands and lots of dance moves. I can honestly say most of the instructors and classmates have become my friends. Class may be over in an hour, but so many of us stay after, to talk before getting on with our day. This group of woman have also formed a book club which meets monthly (after class of course!). Come see why Jazzercise is still around after so many years and see why the Norwood group is the best!

We use weights, bands and movement (choose low or high impact). It’s like a fun wedding reception that makes you strong! Come meet us and get your dance on!

The people that attend are warm and welcoming. I moved here from California. I found Jazzercise Norwood after a week of arriving and they have been my family ever since! If you are a beginner or a trained athlete, come to Jazzercise Norwood and get ready to sweat, but also have a blast!
