May 16 · Rebecca KI love Jazzercise & have used as my all around primary workout intermittently for years. I have done various other programs over the years including a personal trainer & believe Jazzercise is the BEST overall workout there is. It addresses all muscle groups in a fantastic dance format. One can also modify as needed when adjustments are needed. Like low impact, while still getting a superior workout. The other huge benefit is the friendships & support you feel from other exercise mates. In my opinion it is the greatest!!
