The customer reviews offer a great insight into the experiences at Twisted Bodies. One client's passionate review praised instructor Khristen for working them to a "solution" for a problem, stating, "I feel amazing! Come have a class or private with these ladies you won't be disappointed and you will be hooked!" This positive feedback highlights the dedication and expertise of the staff, particularly in private sessions where personalized attention is key. However, another review provides a different perspective, mentioning that they felt the classes were more "catered to the regulars" and that new people received "little help." This review, while critical, also confirms a few things: the studio does have a dedicated community of regulars, the prices are "very reasonable," and the staff is "relatively nice." It also points to the studio’s emphasis on private lessons as a potential solution for those seeking more individualized attention, and it reinforces that the staff "correcting other people's forms all the time," shows that they do provide helpful advice, even if not every client feels they received it. This detailed feedback confirms that the studio has a strong community and offers both group and private instruction to cater to different needs.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Today I left mad... and it was all because these ladies know their Sugar Honey Ice Tea! I had a problem and Khristen did what she does and worked me to the solution. I feel amazing! Come have a class or private with these ladies you won't be disappointed and you will be hooked!
August 27 · HelenaTried a few different classes here but felt like its very much catered to the regulars who come every day and little help for new people who dont know what they're doing despite advertising beginner classes. Originally signed up for the Lyra classes but stopped after attending one that was over max capacity because they let one of the regulars come in who hadn't signed up in time which is just more of the favoritism. Kept giving it more chances because I really wanted to love this place but after having several friends go and feel the same kind of unwelcoming culture I reached out about feeling like i wasnt learning much and felt defeated and got a pretty lame gaslighting response trying to sell me private lessons and insisting the class wasn't over capacity despite us having recordings from the class showing there being 5 girls plus the instructor lol. I maybe wouldn't have minded had we still gotten some good instruction but I ask questions and basically just get a "figure it out" as a response while they focus on the regulars. This place is probably good for experienced people who have done pilates or aerial work before but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone new or starting off. The prices are very reasonable and apart from the total dismissal of my issues leading to me just stopping going altogether the staff was relatively nice just dont expect to get any helpful advice when you're struggling. I saw them correcting other people's forms all the time though but I never personally got any of that help even when I asked for it. I took about 15ish classes total and probably only left a third of those classes feeling accomplished or proud of myself or like I learned anything.
June 18 · PhelanToday was my very first Lyra class! I loved it! My instructor, Melissa was very kind and welcoming! I felt like I could do really good and I felt like I did! I can't wait to go back next week! :) Thank you guys!
June 05 · Tatiana Scott-AnchiettaI signed up to the studio after the 3-class trial and I loved it!! I mostly do pilates and started pole a few months ago and I have seen a big difference in my body since. I feel stronger and my posture has improved as well. As a foreigner I felt awkward at first because of the language barriere but everyone, instructors as well as other students, were all very welcoming and I always received good advice to any questions I could ask. Thank you!!!
June 14 · Mélissa MengThis is where it's at folks! Amazing and very well educated instructors who have your best interest always at the forefront. Did I mention fun? Yesssss, it's fun getting into shape with everyone and I have found fellow clients to be supportive of each other. This isn't the type of studio that you have to have the perfect outfit, have to have a lot of knowledge, or already know what Pilates even means. This is the type That will help you get started if you have never tried any exercise classes or if you've been at it for a long time, they will challenge you a little bit. I have major health problems. For those thinking that they can't do it because of health issues, give them a chance. I will elaborate just a little bit, so others like me know they're at the right place. I have had 10 surgeries in the last seven years. I am a chronic pain patient with a pain pump in my spinal cord, just to wake up every day and be able to move around. I provided Khristen with multiple medical records and a note from my doctor so she could understand that it was not only medically necessary for me to exercise, but the things she was doing with me were safe. If I have a procedure and have been out for a while, or I have a change in my health, we always take time to reconnect and make sure that the things we are doing are correct. Every new exercise is followed by a question asking, " how it feels - any new pain.? Each week we try to get a little better. I have gone from barely being able to sit in a chair and only able to move my fingers, to riding my horse multiple times a week. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry, sometimes we vent at life. This is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me since my diagnosis. I noticed there were a few negative reviews. I am really puzzled by any of them after reading them, the girls at Twisted Bodies always go out of their way to make things right. With that said, they are a business, and do run their business in a professional, yet friendly manner. Everyone is welcome, no matter your size, your gender, or your skill level. I highly recommend coming and giving them a try.
