July 07 · Lindsey HerronIf you’re looking for an escape from the Seattle freeze come to Zumba with Ida, I promise she’s the kindest person you will meet! Ida is so much fun and the class is a blast regardless of your abilities. If you’re not so great like me, just hang out in the back and dance! And stick around after for coffee next door, there’s usually a group that goes!
July 11 · Selena LeonardIda is a fun and exuberant teacher with plenty of Latin flavor! Her class is joyful and accessible to all ages. Loved it!
July 08 · Wendy ChamberlainI've been dancing with Ida for 3 years and have noticed substantial improvements in my fitness, balance and sense of style. She's especially good at leading the group without judging or prescribing behaviors for anyone and at supporting new people in just having fun with the music. For those interested she does offer some practice in specific dance moves after the regular sessions. She chooses mostly Latin music in a variety of styles, with some hip hop and reggaeton mixed in. Alicia, who teaches for her on Wednesday mornings, uses more hip hop music.
September 22 · Jonathan Betz-ZallAlways have a great time at zumba with ida. Im not very great at dancing but I go at my own speed. Its a great work out and fun time!
