Cyanide School of Dance and Yoga Reviews
Just the yoga class I needed! I’m someone who is both recovering from injury and suffering from chronic pain from old injuries. This yoga class is the only one I’ve found that specifically focuses on these issues for its participants. With a focus on learning the philosophy behind yoga from translations of ancient texts teaching us healthy meditation, and range of motion stretches used to activate and restore joint and muscle usage… it’s a great long term follow up to physical therapy and very accessible for all body types. No shaming in this class just validating calmness.
