★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Hey, I'm a student that used to go here! I rate this school a one-star review, and if I could rate 0 stars, I would. To start, this school says that it allows no bullies or bullying, but as a student, I was bullied many times and it wasn't handled properly. Parents had to step in to handle it when it could have been stopped on the spot. The education was not good at all; they have teachers that don't have proper credentials. Because of this, students were not able to get a good education. In my experience, it was honestly very bad. Teachers didn't do their jobs very well as they said, and kids were not learning what they should be at their specific grade level. It is a very small school and not fit for multiple children from grades K-12th when they only have five small classrooms, so it is very crammed with students. And as a preforming arts school they should have a good food system because students are dancing 24/7 but no they have cold baloney and cheese sandwiches and PB and Js with milk every single day. Which is not good enough for kids who dance for 5 hours straight. And even the floor boards are breaking, and they can't even fix it, so they use tape which is a hazard for kids. And they are so desperate that they don't do background checks for their employees which is very dangerous for the children, while they still pay 40k a student when all of this is happening and they still can't get their things together. (I would not recommend this school for anyone!!!)
July 31 · Angeli DeJesusI can say lots of great things about Ignyte, but as a parent of one of the students for over three years and also part of the staff the number one thing I can say besides the kids education and talents shown to be improved years after years. The kids are LOVED as if they're are our own. The students themselves feel at home. This was a great year, as today our last day of school, looking foward the summer camp. At Ignyte we're a family bonded.
May 24 · Martine SuccesI just recently participated in a performance with Ignyte. The staff is absolutely amazing and their dancers are very talented. Everyone here is eager to help and working with them was a joy. The staff communicates very well and I love to support a family business.
December 20 · Lissy BurgosThis school is made for any kid that wants to dance, act or sing. I’ve been to schools around the world and Ignyte is the best in my eyes when it comes to developing children who want to be a performer. Kids are able to express themselves in several art forms and the owners truly care about each and every student. I highly recommend any one in the area to bring their child to this awesome place.
May 24 · Ian HwangI strongly advise against enrolling your child in this school. They do not provide clear or accurate information about registration fee refunds, and if you decide to withdraw your child for any reason—including misleading information about their academic programs—they will keep your money. The owner will deny ever saying certain things, making you feel as if you misunderstood or are at fault. The lunch schedule is poorly managed, with children only allowed two snacks before 12:30 PM from 715am that they are picked up, with a 15 min snack at 9am and one at 11am making that unacceptable for kids to be without eating for so long and have no time to eat at all since they come out from their home unless they eat at 6am. If you don’t send a lunch, they are only given a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch because they still don't have a food program, and even if they had it the kids will be eating at almost 1pm. Transportation was also chaotic; they made promises before enrollment that were completely changed once the school year began. When we chose to withdraw our son, they gave us endless excuses to avoid processing our request.Additionally, the school uses vans instead of buses, which according to Department of Transportation rules, requires a passenger endorsement to transport students legally. When their school bus broke down, they transported children without the proper licensing, which is illegal.I visited the other campus on a class day, and the experience was chaotic. The noise from dance classes was so loud that it was nearly impossible for teachers to communicate with their students. The entire setup was disorganized, making it difficult for students to focus. The place felt like a jungle, with no sense of order or structure.Overall, the school failed to provide accurate information about their academic offerings, and there were too many last-minute changes. My overall rating is 0, as the experience was highly disappointing and not in the best interest of my child. After review answer to your disrespect. Then you have the audacity to send me a message in wattssapp calling me a liar saying that I was lying. Unfortunately you have no type of professionalism on the way you treat your clients or parents being a profesional. I never disrespected you, and you called me a liar about the hall review when I have screenshot of all this that I say here on this review. Instead of engaging with the parents over a negative feedback you should instead try to focus on resolving the issues and complaints prior to parents posting a review, and everything about the fee is correct also because you basically stold $100 dollars from us from the registration fee, and said you will not give it back to the mother, when this was not told to her when she signed him up, you just told me it was in the parents book you gave to her, but the worst thing is that you have no manners Haydee and no customer service whatsoever and then try to blame the parents by engaging with them and saying they are lying, most of your negative feedbacks resemble the same issue. By sending me the messages you sent me in wattsapp, and calling me a liar about everything I put on this review, and disrespecting me that way shows the type of professionalism ypu have, when I been very professional with you, and obviously you did not like the feedback I left as it is my right as a parent with the unprofessional angagement you did through wattsapp. I could off call you a liar for saying that you never said what you told me at the celebration campus about the academics of sports, breakfast when you said that was not true, and I never disrespected you calling you a liar the way you did to me. These are not ways of treating parents or anyone as a professional. The issue about the school bus was very negligent on your end to put drivers on other school vans without proper DOT Licensing and using staff cars to pick up and drop off kids on their own cars making this a safety issue which is unacceptable.
