I'm fairly new to this studio (2 months in), but already love the place!The atmosphere at the studio is a very free and lively atmosphere. All the staff are super welcoming and friendly, but more than that, it just feels like they are freely and happily simply doing what they love - dancing and teaching.It starts with Elizabeth, who does a fantastic job setting the tone for the whole studio with her outgoing and welcoming personality at the front desk. She also does a great job of making sure all your billing and lesson scheduling are all taken care of in a timely and professional manner.The group classes are super helpful and a create a fun venue to learn with others. I've had group classes with almost all the instructors, and all of them try hard to cram as much content in it as possible without overwhelming you. And they are very good at doing it. Not only that, but each instructor brings their personality to the group class too, so each group class feels unique and fun. You never get the same group class twice. 🙂The private lessons are also excellent. I have Bailey as my primary instructor, who I've had also for a while at another studio, and I can tell you from being her student for a few years now, that you can always count on a lesson with Bailey being a S-Tier lesson. Despite having taught countless lessons in her years of teaching, she still approaches every lesson with care and thoughtfulness, always trying to bring the best out of you. She does a really good job of leveraging every minute to wrangle out as much learning as possible through her deep wealth of knowledge in dance. She's also a great teacher, and can tell when you hit your limits, and then she can slow the lesson down with humor and keep it fun while your brain is recovering and catching up with the material. I can't recommend her enough!Wes is also a really solid instructor who I've had some lessons with. He's very professional yet also a genuine and caring dude who knows to dance. I got to see him compete and in the World Dance o Rama competition in March and it was super cool. I haven't had lessons yet with Ian, Danny, Kyara, and Porche yet, but look forward to working with them in the future.Recently I was scheduling a lesson with Bailey, and we found a time that worked with both of our schedules, but Bailey was being strangely reluctant to put the spot in for me, which is very odd (she is usually thrilled to teach), and I asked her why she was hesitating and her response was, "I just don't think you'll get my best at that time." And that's just one example of many, where you can tell that the driving factor for decisions for the studio isn't how can they sell the most lessons, but its how can we create the best experience for the students. And they take care to monitor their workloads to make sure they have the capacity and ability to give you their best each day. And that's really encouraging to see. They'll do anything they can to try to include you and give you the best experience possible.It's truly a gift to be able to learn from people who love what they do, and that's genuinely the vibe at AM Brentwood. The price for lessons at the studio may be a little pricier than other studios in the area, but I firmly believe the staff, and all the time and energy they invest into all the lessons, group classes, and events, truly make it worth it. A friend and I started With a 10 lesson package in July 2024. I’ve been taking lessons nonstop since then. It’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself lately. Their dance program has been good for me mentally spiritually, and physically. I’ve even lost 10 pounds! The instructors are excellent and, I will note, quite patient as they work to help me progress. The social events are a fun extra perk and are intended to help students progress in skill and confidence. I Highly Recommend the studio and their talented team!

Absolutely love this place! The teachers are truly amazing — skilled, supportive, and full of positive energy. The students quickly become friends, creating such a welcoming and fun atmosphere. It’s honestly the highlight of my week. I always leave having learned something new and with a big smile on my face. Can’t recommend these dance lessons enough!
