★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a great welcoming experience and great stretches for my recent neck and knee pain - coming out stronger than ever! Their 5 styles of workouts are perfect: pure matt, ballet blend, sleek stretch, beyond barre & foundation+. Thanks to owner/ friend Melissa Chera (who has brought her studio to participate in our annual Fit Crawl 2 Fight Breast Cancer) & her amazing instructors!
May 09 · Rashed FakhruddinI’ve tried lots of workout studios, and this one is the very first one that I’ve ever called home by getting a membership! Every instructor is kind, professional, and attentive! The studio itself is gorgeous and intimate with relaxing, warm lighting and chill music. It’s always well kept, smells nice, and is clean! From my early days in elementary school PE, group fitness has always made me feel a little anxious and a bit intimidated, but the small class size and warm welcome from these instructors have kept me coming back! The workouts are challenging, but the instructors are more than willing to give modifications for needs that anyone in the class may have and encourage everyone to listen to their own bodies. I always look forward to my classes here and know that I’ll leave with happy muscles and a smile every time!
August 20 · Caroline HorneI have LOVED being a member of BB&Co for the past 6 months. Saturdays with Melissa have been the best part of the year! They offer a ton of member perks and host fun pop ups and events. Great classes and every instructor is awesome and super willing to work with you if you need help on anything!I also have to add that you do NOT have to have Ballet experience to do these classes! I have never danced a day in my life and I have the best time!
July 19 · Emily CorneliusI rarely leave reviews but this had to be done! What a unique and wonderful studio! I was visiting for work, and luckily came upon this gem. The Pure Mat class was challenging, yet therapeutic. I have been doing Pilates for a decade and am quite strong, but Melissa offered modifications for every level from beginner to advanced, so anyone could take it! There is a 6 person max in class, which allows for personalized attention. The space itself is beautiful and calming, a perfect refuge from the day to day hustle. Melissa was so warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things. If I lived in Nashville, I would no doubt be a regular. It is unlike anything else I have done, and NO it is not a dance studio. Just an awesome low-impact effective workout and great vibes all around. I will be back on my next visit to Nashville!
March 20 · Sofiya ZMy favorite place in all of Nashville. The studio is so intimate where the max number of people taking a class is 8. The method is great for every body, and all the instructors work on what your body needs. Would highly recommend this studio, and I hope they expand to outside of Nashville 💛
