★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My daughter has had the privilege of dancing at BADA. As a family we have enjoyed the instruction, performances, and the teachers genuineness and concern for each student as an individual. K has gained more than just technique; she has confidence in herself, learned that you have to work for what you want, increased self esteem, a second family. It was great this weekend to hear her even say - these are my people. We look forward to continuing with the BADA program.
March 30 · Laura Martelle RumleyI love that my kids enjoy their classes my only problem is their performance is at Eastern Guilford. The school is who is benefiting from this I loved McCray theater it is closer for my friends and family and all the seating is good, at eastern it is ur basic Highschool and the seating on the side is terrible, it’s way to far of a drive for my mother in law and her family it will take her an hour compared to 15 min….. the only reason the preference is there is because she gets the place for free…. To be honest I love the dance studio but with the continuance of the performance in eastern and all the dress rehearsal my kids will not be returning next year, it just bothers me that we r in Alamance county and so is the studio so why isn’t the performance? I’d love to continue to preform at McCray so much better so much close I’d love for my kids to continue their dance with this studio but if they are continuing to have performance 20 min away with all my kids and other responsibilities it’s just gone to have to be a no
March 18 · Corinna HodgeI danced for 13 years at this studio and am so grateful for each and every one of the staff members. Each instructor of mine played such a wonderful role in my life as they each helped me grow as a dancer and young adult. I am going onto my third year with the dance team at the University of Florida and could not have done it without my BADA family. I enjoy going back to visit the students and staff when I am home from college! I truly encourage any child in the area to try a class at BADA! It truly is a family.
June 29 · Jessica GorntoIf you are looking for a dance studio in the Burlington, NC area this is the one. The staff is amazing. The Spring Ballet and Recital are top notch productions. The training is classical they are taught not only how to move but the terminology. My daughters have made lastly friendships and found a love for the arts. I highly recommend BADA.
May 31 · Layla MicheoMy daughter has been in dance since the 1st grade she's now in 7th. We were trying their dance studio to see how we liked it, and we will definitely be going back to where we were before after the year we had here. Everything is so unorganized. We didn't know what was going on half the time and my 12 year old was put with 8 year olds and was constantly telling her and us parents that she was so good. Well I guess when you've danced for 6 years and put with 8 year olds, I would surely hope she was one the best in the class. The front desk is rude and the one running the front for the recital practices to give out shirts tropheys and pictures, was rude too. This studio isn't for everyone and if you want a more personal experience and someone who actually cares about your kid(s) and not just the money, I would suggest keeping an open mind. Bc they have not done any of this for our Daughter. I wished I was the only parent deciding if she was to continue or not, bc it's the one time I would have let her quit and start over next year. This year has broke her. She's 2nd guessing going back to dance and it's been her passion since she was little. There were weeks she would just hope I'd forget it was dance day.. there were days I did forget.. before, she was reminding me getting home from school. Families has experienced better than we have, and I totally get we aren't the only ones at the studio.. but when your 12 year old is towering over 8 year olds during a recital and have been told she's so good and one the best in the class.. move her up to her appropriate skill leveled class!!!
