I appreciate Dr. Phillips as a venue, but their policies and staff training really need improvement. During my visit, people arrived nearly 40 minutes late and were still allowed to claim front-row seats, which disrupted the entire performance. With so many empty seats available, this should have been handled much better.Additionally, the concession prices are extremely high for what’s offered. A few changes in how seating is managed and a fairer approach to concessions would make the experience far more enjoyable and respectful to guests. - Tchello_Thor
