August 23 · Nickole BrownThis is my safe place. This is my home away from home. These women have taught me so much in the past two years about my own strength , power , self worth , confidence and more. I’ve made wonderful bonds along the way. I love everybody and everything about Fly Fitness. I’m so lucky to have found this place because it gave me a sense of community like never before. If you’re wanting to book a class come join us , dont be shy! I knew nothing before I came here and now most of the time I am upside down in heels just hanging out. 🤣💞 You will have the best time at Fly Fitness. I’ve never once felt judged here. The studio is my happy place and the girls are my family. 🌟💞
January 22 · Emma LeighFly Fitness is a pole dancing and lyra (also called "aerial hoop") gym in Winchester, Virginia. It was introduced to me by my fiancé, as she began taking classes here.My fiancé absolutely loves it. She is always looking forward to her next class, always excited to try something new; or work on improving a move she's familiar with. She adores the atmosphere, the dance, the learning, and the people. It has been a reliable, consistent place of positivity and joy in her life.Convinced, I decided to use their beginner discounted pricing for three classes; currently around thirty dollars. To date, I have done one pole class and three lyra classes. Both of these are very fun, and challenging, in their own ways. The instructors are phenominal in their attentiveness, passion, and enthusiasm; it will be apparent to anyone after one class. Special mention to Evelyn and Erin, the instructors I've worked with. Milissa, the owner, is obviously joyous with what she does and what she's built with Fly Fitness; she's right to be.It's worth noting that I am a man who has some experience with combat sport, fitness, and training in that context. That said, Fly Fitness is an open, welcoming environment. I was always there with my fiancé, but never felt strange or unwanted. They've cultivated a space that both accepts all willing to give it a try, put forth the effort, and take on a challenge. If you're thinking about a fun way to fit, a place where you can dance, or just really like purple mood lighting, I highly recommend.
May 12 · DeanEvery time I leave my face burns so much from smiling and I feel like I’ve gotten a whole face lift!!!❤️😊Every class makes me feel so empowered and uplifted from all the wonderful ladies and instructors who teach with compassion and understanding. As a student here, I have seen how each instructor’s teaching style highlights that we are all starting somewhere different and each fitness journey is unique.❤️
July 20 · Kyeara N.If you buy a pass here, make sure you check the expiration date. My pass expired in less than a month so I didn’t even get to use the classes before it expired and then even when I did sign up, the classes marked for beginner aren’t actually for beginners and then if you show up even two minutes late, you’re locked out!! Horrible experience - wasted my hundred dollars do not recommend!
