August 07 · Wei-ping WoodI love Jazzercise! I have done it over the years in a number of cities, and Jazzercise Seattle is one of my favorites. The instructors are great, everyone is kind and welcoming, and I see the results! With regular Jazzercise classes, I am stronger, feel better, and appear more fit. Even better, Jazzercise is a healthy habit I enjoy which means I will keep coming back and will be fit and strong the rest of my life. There are different class formats, but you can plan to get both cardio and strength work in all classes.
June 01 · Jillian GoddardJazzercise has completely changed the way I think about fitness! It’s energetic, empowering, and just so much fun. What makes it even better is that my mom comes with me — and she loves it just as much as I do. It’s one of the few workouts we can do together that challenges us both and still makes us smile the whole way through. The routines combine dance, cardio, and strength in a way that keeps you moving and motivated, with music that makes you want to dance even when you're sweating. I love all the Seattle instructors; they are all super welcoming and always offer modifications, so it works for any fitness level or age. It’s more than a workout — it’s a community. I call everyone my Jazzer-friends. We always leave class feeling stronger, happier, and more connected. Highly recommend Jazzercise to anyone looking for a fun, uplifting way to stay active — especially if you want to bring your mom along! ;)
June 02 · C LemonI am 78 yrs old and started Jazzercise in my late 20s with Judy Sheppard, wearing leotards and leg warmers. I continued throughout my life, when I was working full time, when I was pregnant, raising kids, and now in retirement, when my daughter joined me. Jazzercise has developed over time from a basic dance class to a full fitness program that includes strength and weights. The magic of Jazzercise is its fun and flexibility. You can be young or older, go from a couple of days a week to daily, do high impact or low impact, light or heavy weights. Unlike other programs, the teachers are very well trained, have to test regularly, and the choreography is fun, and uses the best music and the latest in fitness knowledge and techniques. And last but not least, the people are so welcoming, the atmosphere so positive and uplifting that I look forward to every class and miss it even when I'm vacationing in Maui! And now, no excuse, I can do it online !Ingrid DeLaittre
June 01 · Ingrid DeLaittreHave been participating in Jazzercise for 40 years. The instructors are inspiring and energetic. The work out allows a person to go high or low impact depending on their point in life (pregnancy, injury or age) Love the different formats, the many choices of times/locations and the convenience of working out from home!
