★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is hands down my favorite gym! I absolutely love the barre classes—they’re challenging, fun, and really effective. I started 3 months ago and have already noticed a difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. The instructors are fantastic: knowledgeable, supportive, and always bring great energy. I also really appreciate the variety of both barre and Pilates classes, which keeps me engaged. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming: I enjoy ending my weekdays with a barre class or starting my weekend mornings off with a great workout session. Thank you! - Shannon
July 31 · Shan MaryI’m hooked! I started taking classes at Body Language about 8 months ago, and I am so thrilled that I did. As someone who felt challenged to work out regularly, I have transformed into someone that is eager and excited to go to 5+ classes a week. Monica is an incredible instructor, and I wouldn’t be where I am now without her positivity and encouragement. All of the instructors are amazing, and it’s fun to bounce from barre to spin (something I never thought I’d have the confidence to try!) to pilates. The class times work well with my work schedule, and I appreciate how diverse the clientele is. I am looking forward to continuing my journey towards increased strength and positive mental wellbeing, and encourage anyone considering Body Language to give it a try. ♥️
July 05 · lauren dittmer wardAfter my last cycling studio closed, I was hesitant to start over somewhere new. I missed my old community and was not sure if I could find that again—but I am so glad I found Body Language. Monica was incredibly welcoming and answered all my questions right away. The studio is clean, beautiful, and has truly become my safe space. The instructors are all amazing—I genuinely have not taken a class I did not love. And it is not just cycling! They also offer barre, TRX, Pilates, and yoga, which has helped me branch out and try new things. I have grown so much as a cyclist and feel constantly supported by this wonderful community. If you are thinking about taking a class at BL, do it. You will not regret it!
July 04 · Dorsa ZamanianI have tried almost all of the classes through classpass. They are all great workouts and the instructors are awesome! They all have their own style (some will correct you, others do not). I think the variety in classes and instructor style is good though, especially if it’s your only studio. The studio itself is split into 2 sides (1 for cycling and 1 for barre/pilates). It’s clean and super cute!
July 12 · Sheshanna PhanI've been to many exercise studios over the years, but this one truly stands out. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a warm, inclusive atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome—no matter your fitness level or background. What really sets this studio apart is the team of instructors. Each one brings a unique energy and style to their classes, so there’s always something fresh and exciting to look forward to. Whether you're into high-energy cardio, strength training, or mindful movement, there's an instructor whose approach will click with you. Despite their varied styles, they all share one thing in common: a genuine passion for helping you succeed.Classes are thoughtfully designed to be both challenging and accessible. As someone who has had to modify workouts in the past, I really appreciate how every session includes options for all levels. You’re encouraged to push your limits but never pressured beyond your comfort zone. It’s a rare balance, and they nail it.Most importantly, the instructors truly care. They remember your name, celebrate your progress, and check in with you if you’ve been away. Their encouragement feels personal, not performative—and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a studio where you’ll feel inspired, supported, and continually motivated to grow, this is the place. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
