Central Bucks Gymnastics Reviews
This gym has excellent instructors, especially Miss Krissy - which is why they get the 2 stars (would be zero otherwise) - however the complete incompetence of the front office staff ruined our entire experience there. They have 4 sessions per year, and we had our 2 young girls enrolled here for over 3 years. When Miss Krissy recommended moving our younger daughter up a level to a class the same time as our older daughter, which had an opening, for the last session we decided to rearrange our schedule to do this. Unfortunately, after 3 calls to the front office 3 weeks in a row (each time noone ever answering so having to leave messages about switching and to call back so we can make payment)... there was never a call back. The last session started and we started our youngest in the class that was suggested since noone ever bothered to call us back. Finally, they realized there were more kids in the class than was planned for. Then they called us to inform us she could not attend that class. We tried to switch to other times but due to rearranging of our schedules nothing else worked out. Rather than take responsibility for their complete incompetence in the office and accommodate our daughter in the class that was originally recommended, they instead decided to blame us, stating that it was our responsibility to sign up before the class was filled (even though we attempted 3 times with no response). Of course there was no regret, no acknowledgement of responsibility, nothing on the part of Central Bucks Gymnastics. We just pulled them out and we'll be looking into signing them up next year at the *other* reputable gym in Warminster. Also, if you go here, be prepared to pay on the order of $50 for a leotard if you buy at the "office". Total rip-off so you would be better off getting them at another store or online.
May 03 · Jason SuponFirst impression: Terrible parent viewing section. This section is also all the children’s changing area. A lot of money and commitment to this place to not see child’s performance. Very large class for two instructors to give individual attention for beginner gymnast.
October 04 · Nicholas LathamChumlee from pawn stars rides a moped to pick up cheesesteaks and forgives the jawa barganing hagglers for their incessant trampoline hi bounce.
January 09 · Travis EzinBad coaching for lower levels
