August 06 · Patricia PowellAmazing classes 10000000/10! Toni is amazing and always so personable! You leave feeling refreshed and sexy! I haven’t been in a while because I had surgery but I CANNOT wait to come back. I even took a class in NC when I was there! Take that class it’s worth it!
August 27 · Amber MI've been going here for about 9 months now and I LOVE IT!Toni, Keiona, and Jenn are great instructors! When I started I was struggling with rib flare and abdominal separation due to pregnancy(diastasis recti).I was able to fit 1 finger completely between my abdominal muscles. Not enough to require surgery, but enough to cause problems with my core strength.Toni was able to show me exercises to help me regain my abdominal strength and my abdominal separation is fixed! She helps create modifications on exercises until you are able to perform the move completely. She always encourages to challenge yourself, but not to push yourself to injury.Fantasy fitness has a very welcoming atmosphere. All the women I've met there are kind and encouraging. ❤️After my first month I've been a monthly pass holder and will be for a long time.I love the community I've found here and feel great after every workout!
