★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Just tried my very first Jazzercise class here and had such a great time! The workout was fun, energizing, and challenging in the best way! The instructor, Kathy, was not only knowledgeable but also hilarious and so kind-she made the class fly by. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. I left sweaty, smiling and ready for the next class. Fitness that feels like fun.
September 15 · Nicole TisdaleJazzercise has absolutely changed my relationship with exercise. It is engaging and a full on workout. I go to Laura's classes and she organizes her sets to be as challenging and rewarding as they are fun and entertaining. Jazzercise is a community. It provides a safe space to move and sweat, without judgement. If you love to dance and exercise, you should absolutely give it a chance.
January 16 · Molly WagenerEdited to add: I love all the instructors for the variety of styles and strengths. Specifically Angie! She knows and loves Jazzercise and the community. She recognized that some of us have to leave the 530am class early for school and could benefit from the format that works in strength earlier in class. She always has great wisdom to share about how to keep improving our bodies and minds.I joined Jazzercise 6 years ago. I have always loved music so finding a workout that incorporates it is so much more enjoyable. I never considered myself a dancer but that’s what’s great about Jazzercise. So many people from varying backgrounds and skills…all dancing together. Plus Jazzercise knows how important strength is so we get a balanced workout.Did I mention the community? ! Having a fun workout is just a part of it. Whether you’re a regular at, say, 530am (Early Birds! We get together in non workout clothes and go dancing at an 80s show or have a holiday brunch!) or visit classes other times of day, you’ll always find friendly faces and usually more in the way of a supportive group of (mostly but not all) women of all ages.If you haven’t at least tried a few classes, come dance with us!
January 25 · Suzy ShoupThis place has been more than I had hoped, for a full body workout. I have never been a gym rat- but have always loved dancing, this workout scratches that itch! Laura is amazing! Her classes are challenging, fun and make me sweat.
January 16 · Amanda HansfordI have been going to Lake Highlands Jazzercise for 10 years and I still love it. All of the instructors are amazing and very welcoming. Taking an early class with Kathy, Roland, Megan, or Angie is the best way to start your day- they really bring the fun and energy! If you are new to Jazzercise, sign up for one of Megan’s classes. She will give you a great workout and her she gives excellent cues so you will know what to do. She is also great at giving advice on technique. Sign up for a class and you will be hooked!
