★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The studio is amazing and inviting! From the very first moment I felt welcome and serene. Phoenix was wonderful and provided excellent guidance during the Yoga and Whine session. From fluid movement to mindful flows Sacred Union Arts offers a unique experience for those seeking optimal wellness.
January 14 · Rock ShimmiesI recently attended the Afro-Beats Yoga class, and it was an amazing time! The atmosphere was sensual and intimate, filled with good vibes and positive energy from Phoenix. I found it perfect for easing into yoga and Afro-Caribbean dance classes, especially if you're feeling a bit timid. I love how Phoenix incorporated moments for reflection on gratitude and intentions, which also added a meaningful dimension to the practice. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore yoga in a welcoming and inclusive space! ❤️
May 29 · CWPhoenix is absolutely AMAZING!! We attended a private yoga session with her (group of 3) and the session was truly a gift to our mind, body and spirits. She tailored the session to our unique needs and really connected with all of us to ensure an authentic experience. The studio was calming. The music and instruction was on point- she’s a great teacher! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for more than a cookie-cutter yoga experience. It was great!
November 25 · Michelle TaitSuch an amazing experience here with my favorite yoga/dance teacher 💕 I just recently moved to the area and it was my first time attending Sacred Union. Right away I was warmly welcomed by Miss Phoenix and felt the uplifting positive energy she emanates ✨💕 I’ve never participated in a class such as hers, which she told me is her own unique type of blended class. Starting off with some stretching to get the body warmed up, she then started teaching me how to whine and after a little while we were having a blast dancing and I was really getting into the class! In the end we took a couple pictures to commemorate my first class! I told all my friends about this class and how fun it was and how empowered I felt and sexy as a woman going to this class!! 🔥 If you love a positive fun environment and love to dance you need to come to her classes! Thank you so much, Phoenix, it was beyond amazing 💕
March 11 · Jenny DeacyIt was my sister and I first time coming to sacred union studio. We did the yoga and flow session, which was so perfect!
