These classes involve learning spins, climbs, inversions, and tricks around a vertical pole, providing a significant full-body strength and endurance workout.
- Flexibility Classes: Dedicated sessions designed to specifically improve the range of motion in the hips, legs, back, and shoulders. Increased flexibility is vital for safe progression in Pole Fitness and contributes to better posture and reduced injury risk in daily life.
- Conditioning Classes: Supplemental strength-building sessions focused on the muscle groups most utilized in aerial and pole work, particularly the core and upper body, to help students achieve new moves and advance through the pole levels.
- Fitness Classes: General classes that incorporate elements of dance and movement to provide a high-energy, fun, and effective cardiovascular workout.
- Private Lessons: One-on-one instruction with a certified instructor, allowing for a personalized program tailored to the student's specific goals, pace, and current fitness level, or for focused work on specific techniques.
- Youth Classes: Age-appropriate instruction designed to introduce younger members of the Altoona community to movement, coordination, and aerial arts in a safe, supervised, and fun setting.
- Specialty Classes: The studio also offers unique classes that blend disciplines, such as "FabPole" (Pole Silks), which combines aerial silks with pole techniques for an introduction to fabric-based aerial arts.

Beyond the physical benefits, the achievement of new skills provides a powerful mental health boost, stress relief, and a unique creative outlet.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Body, Mind and Chrome has become my favorite place. I started here after my bestfriend asked me to take an intro class with her. It's was one of the best decisions I've made. The classes are so fun and the instructors are amazing people. If you're looking for something new and refreshing for your workout or just looking for a new space for yourself to grow I highly recommend this studio.
January 30 · Veronica KeagyAbsolutely love BMC. Such a positive, amazing environment and THE best workout. Instructors and students alike are so kind and treat everyone with so much grace. They truly make sure that pole is for everyone. I am so thankful 💖
April 12 · Erynn WesselI just finished an introductory fitness class here and it was so much fun. The instructor is AMAZING! She's so detail-oriented and knowledgeable on body mechanics. Her advice is worth its weight in gold. She gave me a tip that made climbing 10x easier and continued giving individualized and crucial pointers throughout the class. I learned so much! You really dive right in, but every move has multiple versions so everyone can go at their own pace.I can't wait to go back. Its such a fun way to exercise. I feel blessed to have this studio near me.
May 13 · Allie LAll the instructors and students here immediately made me feel so welcome when I first signed up, and it's now one of my favorite parts of every week! Class is always so much fun and such a great confidence booster!!
December 01 · Jess BrownI absolutely am loving the classes here! Every instructor has been so kind and welcomed me into class with open arms. I do not think there is one unkind soul here. After having a baby almost a year ago this is just what I needed to begin my journey to feeling like my best me again.
