When it comes to selecting a dance studio in Clinton Township, Michigan, Gone Dancing Studio stands out for a multitude of reasons that go beyond the impressive list of classes. The studio is widely praised by local families for its unique blend of professional instruction and a genuinely caring, community-oriented atmosphere. One of the most significant advantages, as noted by numerous satisfied parents, is the high number of male students of all ages, which is often difficult to find in many dance studios and helps to create a more balanced and inclusive environment for all. Parents also appreciate the studio's transparent and accessible communication, with events and schedules being organized and smoothly run. The class sizes are kept small, which ensures that every student receives the individual attention they need to grow and improve. Gone Dancing Studio Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great studio! The large windows make it easy to see your child during class while still being able to chat with others. The play area stocked with toys is great for younger children, especially siblings while they wait. There are lots of male students of all ages which is hard to find in a dance studio. The teachers are very caring and the owner is approachable and very willing to help. Class sizes are small and the preschool program is a great start for new dancers. Communication from the studio is good and events are organized and smoothly run. Prices are very affordable especially compared to other studios. We have enjoyed our time at this studio and met some great families that turned into friends. I would highly recommend Gone Dancing Studio.
August 18 · Jenny RubinMy stepdaughters have been dancing for ms, Teresa for well over 10 years now. She runs a great program and yes a strict program. My girls have gained so much confidence and self respect through there years at Gone Dancing Studios and they just love the entire teaching staff. I have recently enrolled my youngest daughter as well and she just loves it there. They host several fundraiser events through out the year and make it mandatory that there competition dancers participate, which I fully appreciate and have the up most respect for. The studio not only teaches dance , it teaches great morals and values to our youth that they will carry with them for a lifetime.I am proud to be a dance dad of Gone Dancing Studio. It's a shame that people only think to give a review regarding only a poor experience and not a good experience. So for any parents considering Gone Dancing Studio as a place to enroll your child. Please consider that with every bad review you may have read. There are hundreds of satisfied parents and students that have just not left a review.
February 13 · Designer KraftsWould you invest you, your family and or child’s time and money into a studio that has no time or care to sit with you one on one for questions getting answered or to make the experience a fun and enjoying time?!? If so this is the place for you! If not I suggest looking the other way! From our walk through to our enrollment sit down they never seemed interested in my child/children! This should have been my clue! Growing up as a dancer you never saw with our parents saw however this place is all about the money and not engaging the students to have fun! I understand coming from a heavy competitor for many years that dancing is to be taken serious but when your child/children are just starting out it is important to teach them the fun and self discipline of dance. No child starting out with a dream should have this crushed by an owner who doesn’t take the time to listen to the student or empower how fun this sport can be! Going into class never knowing who is teaching the class makes it hard to have that student/teacher bond. Being told your child’s class may move to a different time and day depending if more students join has us as parents uneasy. This was just a terrible experience. There are studios who have the best interest on your children and this is not one of them!
August 18 · JulieOur daughter is in Ms. Teresa's preschool class. She's amazing and very patient with the little ones. All of the teachers are great and love having the viewing windows to watch all of the classes! They participate in multiple fundraisers throughout the year and also host fun activities for the kids surroundings Halloween, Christmas, and other end of the year activities.
June 10 · Samantha BrochuOur family loves Gone Dancing Studio. We have had such a great experience at the studio. The teachers are wonderful and the environment is very friendly.
