★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 11st class I took was "Pump" led by Denise. Wow! Outstanding leader! Works all your muscle groups very well. You can go as easy as you want (I did to start) or push yourself hard. A lot of fun and a good group to be around. She changes up the routine every 5-6 weeks so you are constantly working muscles from different angles and degrees of difficulty. Several new instructors have joined MW so it's an even better Yoga center now.January 2025 - Even better than before. Several new instructors and more new classes at different times. January 14 · Mike ColieVisiting from NYC, came here with my mother (I had purchased her classes for Mother’s Day). Had a wonderful class with Claire - she is so sweet and calming with a great sense of humor - but really did not care for the front desk attendant. From the moment we walked in, she was giving us a hard time despite my mother having classes on her account. She even came up to me after class, pointed her finger at me, and said “you owe me money”, and would not let me use one of my mother’s remaining class passes.Of course I am fine paying for a class, but her demeanor and attitude was not what I would expect at a yoga studio. Hopefully we will have a different experience next time!
December 01 · Jessica GalloWhile vacationing in the area, I attended a Gentle Yoga class here. The instructor, Rosa was wonderful, knowledgeable, affirming and very kind. I love participating in Yoga regularly when I am home and was very grateful I didn't have to miss this lovely practice while I was away. The studio is great and Rosa made sure I had everything I needed and felt at home. Thank you!
November 08 · Rhonda GilliamI have really enjoyed participating in the various classes through Movement Works. My favorite yoga class has been at Sunset Beach park. I recently attended yoga and body pump classes at the studio. I liked that I was welcomed by all the people attending; it feels like a little community. The instructors were engaging and they took time to make sure new folks were able to keep up and learn what was practiced. I would highly recommended taking a class here.
August 16 · Sara HartlaubMy sisters and I were visiting from Maryland and decided to take an Aerial Yoga class…. It was AWESOME and so much fun! Jessica our instructor, was great at explaining and demonstrating each move and providing modifications if needed. If you’re a Yogi, you need to try this class!!
