★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A wonderful relaxing space! It’s so nice to be able to work out next to my baby and not have to stress about needing to take a break to feed him or if other people will be bothered by an occasional baby noise. Indigo went above and beyond to make Family Yoga a great time for everyone.
August 23 · Cassidy FitzpatrickIf you’re curious about this studio, come! As someone who HATES yoga, these are the ONLY classes that I’ve truly enjoyed. All the pros:• Daniele is an excellent teacher, both funny & keeps it real. She’s attentive when you need different movements. Her position descriptions are helpful and memorable. Great hands on help too.• Clean & bright studio. Lovely atmosphere. Even the colors of their equipment is soothing.• They have everything on site for you (Even toys for little ones). You just need to bring yourself.• Being in community. Meeting other similarly-progressing ladies & folks is wonderful.• Parking is easy.• Reasonable “first-time student” rate, if there’s any curiosity about what it’s like before fully committing. In short, do it. You’ll likely love it & appreciate the low-impact workout/stretches/delivery prep too.
July 14 · Jackie MorrishI have been attending Ready Set Grow since I was about 15 weeks pregnant and I can’t rave enough about how wonderful this yoga studio is. All of the teachers are excellent, and it provides so much more than physical movement. This studio offers a supportive community of parents and parents-to-be, birth prep throughout their classes, and a hub of resources to help you on your journey. I am grateful for RSG for nurturing my mind, body, and spirit during this pregnancy. I am looking forward to their postpartum classes!
March 03 · Samantha LobergEvery class I have been at has been wonderful. The instructors are so kind and welcoming and it’s obviously a very safe space dedicated to moms and babies. They have all been fun classes and it is great that there is a play area my son could play in when he was bored of the class with a wonderful person who watched him.
April 15 · Jenna PierceThis place is an absolute gem! I went to classes while pregnant but really started going more post-partum as a way to get out of the house with baby. It’s so nice to have a space to be with other mamas and babies while practicing yoga or just mindfulness/breathing while you breastfeed or tend to baby’s needs. All the classes are super approachable and welcoming, and teachers often offer to hold your baby if you’ve got a little one like mine that wants to be on someone all the time. Highly highly recommend, plus it’s near a bunch of delicious food so you can get an after-class treat.
