The NoFo Wellness Center Introduce
For residents across Long Island's beautiful North Fork, **The NoFo Wellness Center** in Cutchogue serves as the area's largest, most comprehensive **Gym** and wellness destination. This establishment is not just a traditional weight room; it’s a full-service center that brings together a diverse array of physical and holistic fitness programs under one roof. From high-intensity strength and cardio training to mindful practices like **Yoga Class**, the center aims to be the local go-to for all health and movement needs.
The facility proudly identifies as a central hub for multiple disciplines, including a traditional **Gym**, a **Dance school**, a **Physical fitness program**, a **Racquetball club**, and a **Weight loss service**. This wide range of services caters to a broad New York clientele, from serious lifters and competitive racquetball players to individuals seeking gentle body conditioning and weight management support. The core offering is focused on providing members with the equipment and expertise necessary to pursue their personal wellness journeys in a structured environment.
However, potential members should note the contrast between the expansive offerings and certain reported maintenance issues. While the facility offers extensive equipment and services, recent customer feedback has raised serious concerns regarding the cleanliness of the weight training areas and the functional condition of some equipment, describing visible wear and tear. Prospective patrons are advised to tour the facility to assess the current condition themselves before committing to the monthly fee, which is reported to be around $80. Despite these reported drawbacks, another member review emphasizes the positive atmosphere, noting, "Great place to work out! Not fancy but has everything you need to get a great workout! Love it. Management is super nice." This suggests a strong, supportive community atmosphere that appeals to many local users.
The NoFo Wellness Center is strategically located in Cutchogue, NY, placing it conveniently for residents traveling from nearby towns like Mattituck, Peconic, and Southold. Its position on the North Fork makes it a central and accessible option for a wide area of Long Island. The full address for the wellness hub is:

The NoFo Wellness Center is a valuable choice for New Yorkers on the North Fork primarily due to its sheer scale and comprehensive offering. For a monthly fee of approximately $80, it provides a unique blend of services rarely found in a single facility in a smaller community. It is the only location where a user can go for heavy weight training, attend a **Yoga Class**, participate in a **Physical fitness program** like Circuit Training, and utilize a **Racquetball club** court—all in the same afternoon. The addition of the Wellness Collaborative, which allows easy access to professional services like Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy, makes it a true, integrated hub for both exercise and rehabilitation.
While the facility may not be "fancy," as one reviewer noted, and it has faced criticism regarding maintenance and cleanliness, it provides the essential tools for a complete workout across its 8,000 square feet. Choosing NoFo means valuing variety, location, and the convenience of a full-spectrum wellness provider over a pristine, boutique experience. For North Fork residents seeking comprehensive fitness under one roof, with the added benefit of flexible offerings and a friendly management approach, The NoFo Wellness Center remains a compelling and all-inclusive local solution.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been weight training 5 days a week at the wellness center for the past 6 months. During that time period the weight room has not been cleaned. No vacuum, sweep or mopping has been done. Many of the machines have not had maintenance and have excessive noise and resistance during movements. The cable crossover machine has had damaged cables for at least six months. Most of the vinyl upholstery on the equipment is ripped or torn in various places. The floor mats were laid down on old carpet and have started to rip and peel in many areas. On multiple occasions there have been no wipes to wipe off the equipment as well. Really unhygienic. It really was disgusting to think about 6 months of other people's sweat, hair and dust collecting on the floor where I do situps and pushups. The pure lack of hygiene and responsibility to the health and safety of their members is appalling. For $80 a month, which is the current monthly fee at nofo, you can find a much cleaner facility on the North Fork.I have included some pictures of the weight room to shed some light onto how it looked last week. April 20 · Alexander ChattertonGreat place to work out! Not fancy but has everything you need to get a great workout! Love it. Management is super nice.
May 23 · Susan SalingerDalia Gorman leads a great Ashtanga yoga class at 7 a.m. Tue and Thursdays. I've been going for about 5 yrs. and am so glad to have found her. I am more flexible, stronger, have better balance. Dalia does want you to work, but she sincerely wants you to be strong which doesn't happen without some effort, as you know. I'm over 65 so can recommend it for all ages. You can modify positions that are too hard or uncomfortable, I certainly do.This class is one of the best resources in town, you should take advantage of it. The early morning time is good because afterward you feel good and you have the whole day ahead of you.
