Besides staying in shape, it’s also a great place to make new friends. Working out while dancing makes me forget the pain and build muscle at the same time. If you’re not a dancer, please know that nobody judges you here. We all work out at different levels, and everyone sees results. Come and try it out!
August 11 · Doris HI have been Jazzercising consistently for over 40 years. I was looking for something to do in the winter and gave it a try. I loved it; still do. It's great for cardio vascular endurance, for flexibility, for strength. Jazzercise has everything. You don't need to be a dancer. The routines are made for everyone. The music makes you want to move. There is variety in every class and I can assure you no one will ever judge you. We are all here for the same thing - to be with our friends, to dance, get some exercise and have a good time. And our instructors? They are fabulous!!Come join us.

This group of ladies i work out with are multigenerational and absolutely amazing! We lift each other up and have a blast! The instructors are encouraging and as sweet as can be. I've made some wonderful friendships, and it's the perfect way to start my day--evergized, healthy and connected!
