★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Northwest School Of Dance is such a lovely environment. Students are treated with respect, and are able to have fun. The teachers are not strict, but do want students to be responsible in class, which is reasonable. There are so many opportunities for students here including the: Clark Dance Group (Competition Team), Jennifer Picart Ballet Company (Serious ballet training), Winters Tale (A winter performance created by NSD), Classes with great teachers, and more. The training is very educational and fun here, and a great place to begin a career in the dance world.
January 17 · MackenzieMy daughter has just started dance here in January. She is taking teen jazz and teen lyrical. Her teacher is amazing. The studio is arranged very nicely with observation windows and nice waiting areas. Lots of different classes and times to choose from. The studio has plenty of parking and is very convenient. It is set back from the road but the sign makes it very easy to find. Would very highly recommend this dance studio. Boys can take classes for a reduced rate. You can take one lesson for free.
February 26 · Roseanne MThe Performing Arts Preschool by the Northwest School of Dance is not only one of the best preschools in the area, but it’s also one of the most economical. The children are taught a Montessori-based program that integrates music, dance, voice, and theater lessons. The kids are also taught Spanish! I love how they incorporate dances and music from other cultures into the program. With a maximum student-to-teacher ratio of 5-1, the kids really get individual attention and tailored learning toward each child. My daughter LOVES going to school and I’m in awe of the amount and variety of things she has learned in just nine months. If you are a military family, you’ll really appreciate that the lead teacher is a military spouse who really understands and knows how to handle the changes and challenges that happen in a military kid’s life. It truly is another extension of home with the love and support the teachers provide your child!
May 16 · Jennifer CunninghamI have a 3 year-old boy and 4 year-old girl in Ms Cheyenne’s classes. She does an incredible job teaching them to dance. It is fun to watch them grow more confident as they learn. She has helped them to be less shy and more outgoing. I would recommend her classes to any parents who are looking for a dance class.
