What is Worth Choosing
Open Door is worth choosing for Vermont residents precisely because it challenges the traditional, siloed healthcare model. Instead of having to piece together care from multiple locations, Open Door provides a single, central nexus for total well-being. It is the perfect place for those who recognize that their physical health (massage, personal training), mental clarity (counseling, meditation), and emotional embodiment (somatic work, yoga) are intrinsically linked.
The dedication to integrated wellness, led by a team that includes a Doctor of Acupuncture, Nurse Practitioner, and multiple massage and somatic therapists, ensures that clients receive collaborative and deeply informed care. The environment, which has been repeatedly praised for its kind, patient, and attentive staff, eliminates the apprehension often associated with starting a new healing modality, particularly for beginners—as highlighted by the reviewer who felt reassured about starting yoga. For a community-focused, comprehensive, and genuinely welcoming center that offers a wide array of high-quality, whole-person services, Open Door in White River Junction stands out as the Upper Valley's essential destination for the art and science of living well.

Open Door Reviews
I had an incredible acupuncture experience here with their talented specialist, Hadley. As someone who had never done acupuncture before, Hadley made the whole process incredibly welcoming with her thoughtful pre-session questions and her warm attitude.Everything from the studio itself, to the actual acupuncture experience, and the deeply rested sensation I felt in the hours afterwards encourage me to come back to Open Door again. Would recommend Hadley's talents to anyone looking to find peace and relief through needlework.
June 10 · Maxim FreedlandTo everyone please don’t be dismayed over three stars they probably deserve five stars!⭐️However I never got to start yoga class with the open door I end up going to another place that work better for me through my medicinal treatment process.I can just walk away without thanking Ms. Sarah for her very, very patient demeanor, kind yet with professionalism attitude and her attentiveness. She was so kind to invite me back in a short amount of time because she was with a client.I came back and she thoroughly went through the genial yoga with me hosted by Ms.Sony.Reassuring me this would be a great place to start for a new beginner like myself with less than two or three months of experience with yoga.I had lots of questions about a few different topics because they have martial arts they have yoga they have massage they have other things that I would love to try a little bit of everything but first things first which would be my yoga and meditation but I want people to know they have a variety of things here but I’m sure a lot of people could really benefit from including myself we’ll see what the future holds!Another form of integrative wellness they offer is somatic’s for well-being with Miss Sonia on Thursday mornings at 9:45 am.Then I inquired about a masseuse that works out of their office as well.I work out room looks so inviting, neat and fun and the customer service was exceptional!I I’m sorry I didn’t end up working with the Open Door just yet, but I wanted the community to know that it was a great experience for me and I hadn’t even started with them.It was all inquiries with lots of questions about all the different things they offered. And like I said Ms.Sarah was so patient and kind and thoroughly went through everything with me.She even looked up the website to show me how to navigate through it easy.Way to go Ms. Sarah above and beyond with great excellent customer service skills!!I hope to work with you all in the future!
