It’s challenging but they are patient with beginners and it was also very fun. I’m definitely hoping to go back again to learn more acro yoga. Y’all are some really awesome people thanks!

The classes are challenging but are geared to every level of experience. If you want to increase your physical skills, look no further. They will have something to inspire you.
